My bolts are all rusty too, easiest way to knock the rust loose is any product like PB Blaster or such and spray them and let them sit a few and spray again, tapp lightly with hammer, spray more, start car once or twice to heat and that draws the blaster through a bit as the bolts swell and shrink.....

I got my install coming up this weekend and am excited.....also on the o2 sensor we found using nickel anti sieze on the threads helps in the future to get back out again, little goes a long way.

Most times picking up a few differant lengths of bolts and washers and nuts and such helps,I have gotten awy not using the springs a few times, but they are there to remove stress or something on the bolt and pipe and such,it has a function,I just dont know how to explaine it.
