I was going to recommend a PB ASA 1100.5x amp like the one I have and I'm very happy with, but it's a little bit over your budget, still I will consider waiting and saving $$$ for a good amp, buy cheap buy twice!

Hey looks great but maybe in 12 inches and what are you think about the mb quart 6.5 and 6x9 tweters combo?
