exactly you said it "You expect the police to remember everyone he/she pulls over in what could be a 6 month time frame from memory?" most of them are unprepared, apparently you havent gottin enough tickets to know what you are talking about bcuz there were 10 cops at the hearing i was at on tuesday and all of them were empty handed( no paper work) they dont have time to do the whole court thing most of them hate it they rather be in their cop car gettin air condition listening to the radio just getting some tickets
