as garm says it sounds like rubbing between the bar and maybe the bottom of the shock? Perhaps on of the bolts has come loose and there's play which sounds like a thump in the cabin.

I was going to check if the bolts were loose anyway, as i've read that you need to tighten them after you've driven the car for a little while after it's installed. The ones on the shocks were a little loose, I got them tightened up so i'm going to try and go for a drive this evening and see if that has solved it. ![]() Thanks for your help guys! |
