especially with cooler weather, I think a cai may hurt mileage. I've seen people trying to improve their mileage by making a warm air intake and reported some improvement.

I've recently started using android torque in my car and noticed mileage is really bad while the engine is cold

That's why mine comes out the day winters are mounted. Goes back in the day summers are mounted.
