to be honest, putting good oil (synthetic) is your best investment. drive slower, keep it in the efficient rpm. Remove your spare tires, jack etc if you have roadside assistance. back seats remove them. Everything else like CAI, pulleys and especially wheels are too costly to benefit MPG, you will never get the return. they are mainly for performance purposes.
