I ordered a sunvisor and they shipped the wrong one. ( one for a venzza instead of the yaris ) It was too long and wide. I called customer service to inform them of this and they told me that I was installing it wrong!?! A sunvisor....installed wrong??? I battled and fought, finally getting the mfg to contact carid.com and tell them a venzza and yaris are not the same size. They refused to listen to me and only shipped my correct yaris sumvisor after the mfg got a little angry at them. I'd watch doing business with them.
