What I am concerned about is I go about 6-8 months between oil changes. Will this oil hold up that long? I only put about 4-5 thousand miles on the car within that time frame. I'm currently using Mobil 1 extended performance.

The G-Oil would last for four or five thousand miles. It's not a bad oil and I can't imagine it would harm your car's engine in any significant way, but for the money it's not any better than many other oils that are much cheaper. If it makes you feel good about the environment, use it. Otherwise, just stick with the Mobil One that you're using now. Last edited by Happy Little Pony; 02-17-2012 at 02:48 AM. |

They're offering another rebate that I could not resist. I put in G-Oil for my spring/summer oil change today.
