Right up until I post the dyno results. If anyone wants to change their guess, they can. Just copy the list of guesses, and repost your updated guess in this thread.

Just in case anyone wants to rethink their guess, keep in mind that everything on either side of the manifold is exactly the same... same intake... same throttle body... same engine... same exhaust... same ECU.

The differences of the tooter manifold as compared to the stock manifold are:

1. ~5% longer runners

2. ~23% larger diameter runners

3. very small plenum, only ~30% of stock manifold plenum volume

4. intake tube behind the throttle body empties into the exact middle of the plenum

5. all of the entrance ports of the runners are in direct alignment with the axis of the throttle body

Doesnt really matter if it failed in the performance department.

Performing worse is always a possibility.
But it definitely has +10 +10 bling.

I'm really curious how it will drive at low rpms with a combination of larger longer runners and almost no plenum.

Not yet.
I have a full day of work today and we're entertaining this weekend, so it's not likely to get installed for a few days.

There's a straight silicone coupler arriving today so I can work on adapting the intake to fit in the shorter space. The larger longer manifold pushes the throttle body 2 3/4 inches farther to the right. Gonna be a really tight fit!

So someone can review all the guesses, educate themselves from that data, and change their guess? Seems hardly fair, but it's your game. I know casinos don't allow it.

It would definitely be unfair if some people had an advantage that others did not have, but it's fair when everyone has exactly the same advantage to make their informed guess as good as possible. The measurements are inconclusive and just some rough parameters that infer a variety of results both positive and negative.

-10 -10 it is, name.

The engine is bone stock with no added electronic management so it only goes to the stock rev limit... and takes a really long time to get there!

I'm saying the guesses themselves are informative; late guessers have a small advantage, and re-guessers have significant advantage in placing their guess to try to win.

Not that any of that matters. It's an academic discussion only, and all in good fun.

Hint: I'm not changing my guess

Garm seems to be in full-on Rain Man mode? ;)
