LED map lites
The newest LED lites are equal to or brighter than the incandescent bulbs.
But they cost a lot more. I can buy ten or more replacement bulbs for the price of one LED. The LED may last more than ten times as long...but are you going to leave the lite on all the time to justify the much higher price? |

My brake lights and map lights are BOTH cheaper than the factory incandescent bulbs @ my dealership. Can you give me an example(links) of how you can buy ten or more replacement in bulbs for the price of one LED? Please stay on the topic - map lights. The socket size is T10 (194). It just seems to me that some people here have no knowledge about LEDs... I am simply asking if 2W is enough for map lights, only those of you who have installed LED map lights or related knowledge should reply, I don't want anything that may cause off-topic endless discussion. |
