It all depends on what you are truly asking, but you should be fine. I have just taken a bunch of photos for you with my stock 15" steelies and my Winterforce 195/60s. I am running 2" drop front and 2.25" on the rears with my AMRs. I just drove over to an autocross event and there was a couple places where I kid you not they had torn out 2-3' sections of the road for repair of something and the patch area where they had worked was about 3-5" deep! I didn't rub. I can't really give you a full turn radius opinion because my 18s totally shredded my plastic panels, but when I did have them in place I never recalled rubbing on full radius turns nor on the roadways with even serious dips/pothole hazards.

It is the JDM thing to do, plus it protects where there is bare metal at least a little. I still can't figure out how the hit n run managed the weird type of damage that occurred. My door doesn't have a dent for damage yet the doorjam on the body does...it is like the thin sheet metal of the door must have flexed.
