Kinda sucks that you can set the ride height lower than what their struts can handle???

Because this:

I'm really low, about 2-2.5 inches off the ground. I have the springs just sitting on the torsion beam perches. Locking collars and base removed.

just get some different shocks, i have looked into many and e46 bmw rears are the same size as yaris shocks, i personally have function form type 2 rear shocks. if you dont want to wait months for the yaris specific megans to get in there are lots of other alternatives.

I really want to avoid paying that much out of pocket to resolve this.

That was actually a suggestion I got from Megan to go lower. I did send an email but I didn't get a response. Ill call you guys Monday. Appreciate the offered support.
