TRD Thailand charge 150K Baht to swap in a 2ZZ-GE plus gearbox. Add that to the base price of a Yaris E Manual (599K) and throw in another 50K for some suspension and tires, and you're talking 800K Baht (~USD$22,900).
A 5-speed Impreza STi sells for 3.95 Million Baht here -- which would buy you 5x 2ZZ-GE modded Yarii, or leave you with 3.15M Baht change (USD$90,000!) to pump the fuck out of the 2ZZ-GE :) Different economies!
