You're more comfortable/feel more in control on the soft setting. Other drivers prefer the firm setting. Hard to say for everyone.
I talked with Whiteline Australia, and the bloke was really helpful. He stated with my stock tires and mildly stiff spring rate, I should NOT use the 22 mm setting! Saying the 21 mm setting is more than enough bar for my car.

Nice to get a 100% clear answer. Good people at WhiteLine, very happy with there product.
