Yes, why do you question?

My buddy with his nissan hardbody has one on his truck and it can make a big difference how he has it set especially depending on wind speed and direction.

Because Yaris is FWD, and a wing will push down on rear, causing the front end to lift.

It all depends on how the dampening is set as well as other variables. There are several FWD cars that I have personally watched go down the course with them successfully. It all depends on ride height, under vehicle aerodynamics, etc.

several FWD cars are hitting high speeds. Suzuki did like 206mph in 2010, I believe.

Hondata sported a CRX that ran about 236mph.

Like the others said, it just depends on how you set it up.

that is true. And now they seem to be throwing in two years of maintenance as well to sweeten the deal.

You've never experienced the rear of the car getting loose? A rear spoiler is not necessarily about downforce. It can also be used to negate rear lift.

Saab was a company that invested a ton of money into making sure their front wheel drive cars never had rear lift. Because believe me, those rear wheels desperately wanted to be in front. My worst story was spinning out near a highway exchange in front of a cop. I did a complete 360 at the normal posted speed limit of the back road, which was about 40.

I'd imagine at over 100 the rear of the Yaris wants to dance around as well. Not something I would want to experience.
