Holy smokes Batman, necro post is necro-ific! On topic, I use MMO once in a while right before an oil change to help clean out stubborn deposits, I also use less than the label, drive it for only a few miles and baby it. I also will use a little in the gas every few tanks to clean and lubricate the fuel system, again I use less than the label.
MMO is basically kerosene, solvent and light mineral oil, and was originally developed to clean and lubricate carbs back in the 20s. It's good for cleaning, mostly, and lubricating where a light lubricant is required. |
