Using your fingers and starting at the bottom, pull of the two vertical black pieces next to it.
Then, Pull the radio trim straight back. Finally pull the HVAC controls straight back as well. If you want to remove the knobs, be very careful when releasing the tabs on the back that hold them on, as they are quite brittle.
