I have a 2010 Yaris Sedan. My outlet isn't working, how do I remove the center console to install the new one I bought? Any tips guys?

i would check the fuse first if i were you. down below, just above the clutch and brake pedals. you have to peep from below, head on the carpet looking up.

to your Q:
1) pop out the bottom center piece of the HVAC controls, just below the temp knob. (the U-shaped piece) start hooking your fingers from below.

2) remove the trim piece of the shifter cover--it pops right up, but you have to unscrew the shift knob to remove it completely, as well as unplug all connectors to any of your switches there/aux input port.

3) the handbrake cover piece (where the cigarette plug is attached to) pops right off as well. Remember to keep the armrest compartment open. the 12V has a plug to it as well.

Nice write-up. I've done a similar mod (3/4" high) and highly recommend it if you're unsatisfied with the stock seat position. You appear to be using an grade 8.8 (strength rating) bolt. For safety, you should use the same as stock uses, grade 10.9.
