The fender liners can be purchased for about $65+shipping. Toyotapartszone.com or TRDsparks.com are my go to place for mail order parts.
http://www.toyotapartszone.com/oem/t...805-52070.html Changing it is pretty easy. You will have to remove some 10mm bolts from the bottom of the front bumper as well as popping some plastic clips in the wheel well.
