Nothing pertaining to rubbing or spacers can really be answered until you find out what offset the wheels are.
Remove one wheel and look on the back of it. There should be an ET stamp somewhere. A number which would probably be in the range of 38 to 42. Edit: I just checked the voxx site. They only show ET42 for the TU-3 17x7 with 4x100 bolt pattern.
