Yes, I kept the stock shocks. I am down about 1.5" (or 3.81cm)

I did it for the stiffness, not necessarily the low (but it is nice).

Yes exactly... I wasn't thinking about changing the springs initially... but the nose-up/nose-down movement when accelerating/shifting is really getting on my nerves.

Did changing the springs improve this noticeably for you?

PS: I'm used to a RWD BMW 5-series, which was my daily commuter previously... so maybe I'm extra-sensitive about this behavior.
