Thanks. Because I became sfrustrated quickly. Felt like I was getting the run around. I'm at 102,000 miles now. And I was told that my shock absorber is missing from my glove box.

We don't go in for a "tune up" like we used to back in the 80's. If you've kept up with the maintenance schedule... There is nothing much to get checked.
