Thumbs up April 11 2014 : Officially in summer trim.

I bought those close out wheels from TireRack back in Jan 2014 they are MSW made by Oz Type 23 15X6.5 42ET wrapped with some Nitto NeoGen 205/50R15 and today was the day for the Echo to get the new wheels on.

They are inexpensive wheels but they'll do the job.

Tonight is my 1st test drive .

This garage was at one time dedicated to a RX7 project I had a couple years back but now car is gone and I have no cool cars but I still love having some little project so the hoist is very usefull still .

The garage has no drain for water so this is not a garage to bring the car in with the winter we have here in Quebec , this is a summer garage or a good garage for winter project.

It has A/C & Heat and the temperature never goes below 70 degrees in the winter and never over 74 in the summer.

I keep the A/C , heat on all year long for the past 5 years.

As of the hoist it is the best tool I have bought for working on cars .

Your car looks great. Every time I see an echo hatch I love them more, I wish they never even bothered with that ass ugly Echo sedan.

I agree 110% with you.

Took me almost 1 year to find a 2 Doord "hatch' Liftback , manual with A/C .

I also think it is a car that don't show it's age when you give it some love.

2 thing that bothered me tho was the seat's and the ugly 04 cluster but I took care of it + I've added some aftermarket wheels and "bam" you have a nice economical daily driver with A/C that is still 10 + years old but cost you next to nothing to drive you around .

I almost miss my 05 3 doors. I had complete RS interior and OEM RS3200 keyless entry. It was manual with AC.

Was planning to switch over my boots for sneakers last weekend after doing an oil change. Good thing time ran out. It snowed two inches Monday and temps have been close to freezing in the morning. P-Zero's don't grip at all when the mercury dips down low.
