I will say, using the C-One bumper. The slot that you guys are talking about is covered by the upper radiator support bracket. You would also have to cut out a slot in that bracket also to actually get any benefit if you are using a short ram intake box style...

I use a Cold Air Intake that come down just below the headlight assembly. So the left front bumper vent allows more air to flow to the area. and will work even better if you still have the fender liner intact.
