Well to be very honest ... We cannot even rely or take suggestions from toyota dealers here ... The oil which im getting is Mobil-1 5w50 which is im sure id genuine ...

 Good to know, but why didn't the person at the Toyota dealer say that? If he meant that he'd never (in his experience) seen that grade used, then he should have said that. He shouldn't have said it didn't exist unless he knew for certain that it didn't. The OP didn't imply any language issues.
