Tire size help?

Hey everyone, I was hoping you guys could answer a question for me:

I have xxr 522 R16x7 +25offset

I want tires that wont stick out too much. I have tried on 205/50/16 but it sticks out a little too much, is it because of the offset?

Could someone tell me a good tire size to run that it wont poke too much. Thanks so much

Your offset is not correct to not stick out.

I guess I'm going to have to accept the power of the poke lol but what's the best tire size to run that will reduce the poking look a bit.

Also what offset would you recommend for not poking on a sedan with 16s

Run 195/50/16's with your current wheels... and without any suspension tweaks, you'll probably poke up front 10-12mms.

If you want to run 205/50/16's, ET42 will be flush up front.

I literally just put it on 'lotek' lowering springs (which is supposed to be a 2 inch drop) until I can afford coil overs

I was thinking 195/45/16 but it's not a big difference from the 50s

Maybe some camber is in order? Haha

Alright kimona, I've decided to ditch those rims now

I would like my rims to be a little bit behind the fender so when I get lowering springs I can tuck tires.

If I run 16s what offset do I need to make that happen?

I'm thinking Weds Sport TC-105N Wheels 16x7 et43

Or I might go with 17 what are the safe offsets to sit right behind the fender to go lower?

You won't get 17" if you want hellaflush..

It's pretty close but I wanted it under the fender. Gonna have to sell these rims and get some with more offset

The thing is with 17". It's going to be 17x7 and you are going to rub inside if you have too little offset.

Anyways, if you want inside the fenders, you are going to have to drop more anyways.

Well it's 16x7 so it's the same width as the 17s. I'm gonna go with a 40 and up offset regardless. How do you guys know when it will be under the fender or too far out?
