According to the service manual, the structural metal of the car is the same for 2012 through 2015, and since the 11050 works for 2nd and 3rd gen, if you could find an equivalent one down there you would be all set.

If you are going to have one custom welded, copying that same style would be the way to go. That one mounts between the two rear tie down points and the end plates are designed to tuck the cross member up under the bumper skin so you only see the receiver and the chain loops.
