p0125, not sure what else to do.

Hey guys. I've had a 2008 Yaris brand new for seven years and have had no issues until recently. I've had the low engine temp light come on and the engine sounds like it's reving up after the car has been on for 30 minutes or longer. I've had the Mast air flow sensor changed, the water temp sensor changed(twice) and the Thermostat changed (twice as well). I've taken my car for a recall, nothing to do with the current issue, I informed the dealer they checked it out and said I needed a new water temp sensor so I bought it right from them and had it installed elsewhere(second time installed). I really don't understand the car lingo but what I'm getting is that I may have to change the engine wire harness? and that sounds expensive. A little explanation would be appreciated when possible. Thanks.
