I changed mine at around 85,000km just for preventive maintenance. It is not expensive at all and changing it at a mechanic will take less than 10min... So obviously labour won't be expensive

OP is asking dealer cost for install. Flat rate or job pricing at North American dealerships. There have been some dealer quotes provided on this site. They are outrageous for what the job actually is. At job pricing, the minimum you'll pay for is 30 minutes. Dealerships running typically in the area of $100/hr, that's at least $50 plus materials.

Mine has 135,000 and counting.
Gotta do some preventative maintenance (besides oil and filter) one of these days... |
