Air conditioner

I bought my 2010 Yaris last winter, so I didn't have a chance to check if the AC is working. Last week, it got hot, and I need the AC on. It was blowing, but not cold. It was a bit colder that the outside air.

I thought it might need a recharge. I bought the kit and did it myself. But I noticed that the fan doesn't go on all the time. At first, it was on for a couple seconds then off. A minute later the same thing.

It doesn't charge unless the fan is on, so it sucks in the freon. But after all that, now the air isn't cold at all. The AC button is on, and just blowing warm air.

Also, the fan turns on once or twice when the engine is cold.
The the under the hood(Brown) clicks when the fan is on, but the one inside under steering wheel doesn't.

Am I looking for a fuse or something bigger?

Thanks

the radiator fan does not stay on all the time when AC is on. There is a cycle where it turns off.

I suggest not using the DIY bottles. Take it to a garage to have it checked as the AC system has a low and high pressure, and i don't think we can check the high pressure with this kit.

The fan not turning on is solved.
I think it was over charged. The kit I bought came with a gauge, and I used that to bleed some the freon from Low Pressor port. I noticed that when the engine is cold and I turn the AC on pressurized air coming under the radiator (Around that), I waited awhile, than started bleeding it and the fan kicks on (On and Off which is normal).

BUT, the air is not cold. Cooler than the outside....

What am I looking here?
