As a long term owner myself (Im 59) with a lot of experience, dont get discouraged when minor problems crop up as they inevitably will in an older car. Just get them fixed and move on. Thats the most ecomonical way to own a car. It helps to have a plan and maybe another car you can borrow while yours is fixed. A Toyota costs more than others cars but lasts a lot longer too. Take advantage of it!
