Hmmm.....I didn'r realize until today that the HR-V has the "magic seat" feature (

) found in the Fit. The (Base) LX HR-V has the same front headroom as the Fit, and 8/10 of an inch more rear headroom. It is 20cm longer than the Fit. When I saw the 2015 Fit at the Houston Auto Show in January, I thought it was a shame that AWD wasn't offered. With the same seating/cargo configurations as the Fit (IIRC, Honda calls them 'Modes'

) and the addition of AWD, I might be able to put up with the CVT (companion to the '14 Yaris with a manual). I'd probably wait until the 2018 MY re reliability (Fits out of that plant in Mexico have had some issues), and wait until the premium that the 2016 as a new in demand model is commanding at many Honda dealers. I haven't sat in one yet.
