Experienced alignment guy here:

Your camber/caster are fine. You will not have any symptoms, or tire wear from that. In fact, most people see better tire wear from more negative camber (to a point). Assuming the steering wheel was straight when that was printed, your RF toe is out. That will cause tire wear on the inside edge, and should definitely be done. Chances are the guy you were talking too didn't know anything, but the mechanic in the back did. Wherever you go to get the alignment done, tell them you want a "toe-set" only. Most shops have a reduced rate for only doing the toe, and it may save you some $.
