A pair of SPC bolts (upper and lower hole) should be good for around -4 if you have lowered your car some. Much of anything over -3 to -3.5 is excessive and doesn't do much for you unless you are in to that "look".

I'm guessing you've never tried two? I'm just curious if two skinny bolts would handle track-days or not. It's general considered unsafe to have two skinny bolts in there.
One SPC bolt will give -2.8° btw. I can't see needing any more than that for performance. |
