I drive for a living and can say that if you have any feel for your ride you will notice the sway bar!!! The most noticeable effect will be the tighter response in the apex when the suspension unloads and transitions. Now, having said that your average grocery run will not be very noticeable beyond steering input.

That's good to know. I'm having the dealer install the TRD rear sway bar before I take delivery of my car. Also, I'm changing out the stock tires right away for a set of Nokians. I'll bet that handling in emergency situations will be noticeably better.
