Im not in the US so our displays dont turn off even when in motion.
Other than that, your shopping list seems about right for the first 3 items, as im not sure about the5th one Rerii. Our pioneers av receivers come with the USB extension cable and steering wheel adapter (3 open ended wires to a 2.5 or a 3.5mm jack).
