just because it's not visible, does not mean it's not worn out. you should do as much as you can at the same time. if you can do struts/shocks+springs, bushings and ball joints, tie rods and endlinks and maybe control arm bushings all at the same time, that would be for the best. if you could do the engine/trans mounts too, that would be even better.
