I was considering the zeix but came across the Nitto Neo Gen,would this be a better quality?

The zeix I had in mind are all season but would only be used in the summer and the nitto says 3-season which may be better suited for my summer needs only.

The Nitto is only $17.00 more per tire.

Here is link to local shop that I have in mind and $128.00 is my max budget.
