Not much of an update.
Ever since owning the car, the driver's side rear toe has too much toe in, it's off in the .30* range while passenger side is around .15* I'm surprised the off at Big Willow didn't make it more out of spec. Rear: Toe L \ R .30 \ .15 Camber L \ R -.7 \ -.9 I'm experimenting with shims because the idea of using just washers doesn't sit well with me. At least with shims, there is more surface area for the hub assembly to make contact with the torsion beam assembly. These shims are cut out of .25mm shim stock. There are 6 pictured in the attach photo, but I only used 2 of these shims, and that was enough to kick the toe out from .30* to -.09*. I'm only using one shim now. I might have to pick up some .1mm shim stock and stack again. I really need an alignment rack in my garage. #torsionbeamwoes
