Problem is I don't have the startup capital, so hey, if you're a venture capitalist PM me. I would especially like to talk to someone who has started a business before and/or is familiar with writing plans and bookkeeping and whatnot. I'm good at conceptualizing and selling the product and building good business relationships. Its the other stuff I suck at.

It's pretty easy to get a tax ID and register your business name (at least in WA state.) I ran my own computer repair business and it cost $20 to register my business name and be legal to do business. I used quickbooks to handle my bookkeeping, and had the help of a bookkeeper setup my accounts. Do you personally know anyone who is a bookkeeper/accountant? They would be of great help.
