There are not any realistic middle jack points in the yaris dye to it only having 3 engine mounts and no support beam underneath. If you somehow miraculously have a jack that can reach the large bolt under the doggone mount at the subframe then that is fine to use as a jack point.
Otherwise I personally use the side frame rails which will lifts both the front and rear. I then place one jack stand under the subframe rail in the front and under one of the bolts for the small support bats in the rear. I put towels on the jack stand so it doesnt scratch the frame and lead yo rust. I'd highly recommend not using the pinch welds to support the yaris. They are only meant for road side emergency purposes and constant use will lead to them rolling over and rusting between all those layers.
