I was solving similar issue in the past - I wanted to read the additional info that the standard OBD dongle was not able to deliver.
In the end I bought Tool Scanner cable from e-bay that included also the software, for 40 USD. It works well and provide all the functionality. If you plan to stick to Toyotas for some time, you may consider buying this. |
