trying to find downstream O2 sensor on 2012 Yaris - Toyota Yaris Forums

So 89465a is the downstream sensor? We have run our hands around and around the exhaust, starting at the catalytic converter and going back, and didn't feel or see anything! I guess I'll try it again....

NO! 89465a is the upstream, the downstream is after the catalytic converter, underneath the car, located around below where your shifter is. You'd have to loosen or remove the center console (I removed mine for ease when I replaced my downstream O2 sensor).
