The part number you have looks correct. The picture does not look the same as other Toyota manuals, but the part number seems to match. It's also known as COVER, ENGINE UNDER, RH.

There was a different part number for 04/2014 onward for 2014 models. FYI. If you go to the parent image in your link you'll see another part called COVER, ENGINE UNDER, RIGHT with part # 51441-52330. That's the 04/2014 on part number.

I dare say the belt you're talking about is the V belt that runs the AC, water pump and alternator.
