Very important in my rust best area. I will start annual rust proofing and it will live out the rest of its life in my family. Starting with one by kids.
It needed a bit of work:
- new right/left engine splash shields
- new left fender liner
- new front right, and rear left/right fender body clips
- new rear bumper reflectors
- new stabliizer links
- front lower control arm bushings and ball joints
- new driver's door hinges
- a couple of misc plastic trim bits (cupholder, roof drip molding, floor mat hooks, tow hook cover)
- new evap cannister to resovle a P2420 ($$$ for the Toyota part, but it is fixed)
I also did new plugs (NKG), new belt (OEM), and restarted all the fluids and filters. Pennzoil Platinum Ultra 5W30, Toyota Coolant, Redline MT-LV manual trans gear oil, and generic DOT-3 brake fluid.
It drives great. Looking forward to a long line for the vehicle.

Hi,
Im from canada as well and am looking into getting one of these.
have you found during your search for parts that there was any discrepancy between pre/post facelift years of the XP130?
Asking as I'm thinking of getting the lift kit from priusoffroad and the owner said his kit only fit 07-14 yaris but I can't see evidence of any changes to the suspension components to the 14+models.
Thanks!
