From Google Ai

"The Honda Civic del Sol (1993–1997) uses a 4x100mm bolt pattern (4x3.94 inches). This 4-lug configuration is standard across all del Sol trims, including the S, Si, and VTEC models. It uses M12x1.5 lug nuts, and typically requires high positive offset wheels (around +35mm to +45mm)."

Since the Yaris is 4x100, I can't see why your wheels are not lining up with the studs.
