I lucked out with the Bridgestones... I put my new 17's and Falken's on at 320 miles... I don't know which Falken's I got, I haven't looked and didn't order them. They are OK, I have hammered the crap out of them twice and the first time, when they were BRAND NEW they were sketchy!!!! Now they stick and small children run for cover when I don't slow down for corners...
At least the Bridgestones stick pretty well... seriously, they're not "that bad". Ask the Civic SI Ricer I ran down with my stock Yaris Or the S2000 I ran down, going UP HILL with the 17's... or the Corvette that had to pull over to let me by... I have no fear in the twisties... I figure "Hell, at least I'm not on my motorcycle". Anyhow, replace them when they wear out, you can get 195/50's for $43 each on the Tire Rack!!
