That list makes me horny.

On the subject of whether or not you'll see a warranty offered with this product, the simple answer is no you won't. What you will see is a small window (30-90 days) where the buyer can ship the product back to me for a refund on the part itself. I may just have to do a Ronco-style infomercial. Wouldn't that be SICK!?

Of course, I wouldn't ship a single intake if I expected anyone to dislike it. The only reason I'll see any come back is because it is quite loud under loads (3500+ RPM), which I could sympathize with. For every one person that will send it back for that reason, there will probably be 5 others that like it for the same reason. Whatcha gonna do?
