By the looks of the damage, that pothole would have owned most rims. Look on the bright side... cheap rim means a cheap fix. What if you were rolling on some Works?!

Exactly!!! MAYBE some Forged ($$$) wheels like the Volks would have suffer a little less damage... but I sure would be crying if I had bended a $500 wheel. Plus it sure would be a much harder wheel to replace.
I can honestly tell you that I'm happy with the konigs. Even if you broke one wheel every year... where else would you find a nice looking 10.8lbs wheel for less than $100 shipped???

Doubt it, the volks would get bent just the same.
