Prices were posted in the yarisworld thread that offered the 20% discount. We usually don't sell direct. We do not post our prices because most retailers sell our products much more than our msrp. A pair of 194s for $59 and the pcb-festoon for $79. They have no problem selling them at those prices. We are not going to put $29 and $34 on our site. <br><br>

When you order online you are not in a rush. You have to wait for shipping anyway. Plus, if you want quality, you have to sacrifice. Otherwise go to WalMart or e-bay and take your chances. Like russian roulette, you will probably get lucky but, if you dont... I would rather wait and pay more to have better products. <br><br>

Some settle and enjoy spending more money in the longterm replacing cheap stuff. I like putting in the best and not worrying about it. The autolumination and superbrights might appear brighter. They are on a different frequency that appears that way. Response has told us that most desire 6000k. So, that is what we deliver. To each their own. <br><br>

Don't lecture me on buying anything online. I do it daily from sites that actually post fixed pricing and feature purchase and shipping options on their site. You just lost my business.

HiLEDs is a manufacturer... not a retailer. That's why they don't list prices on their website. They're almost doing us a favour by shipping such tiny orders to individual consumers around the country, and with a YarisWorld discount!

I've had great customer service from Robert @ HiLEDs. Definitely not the fastest turn-around time on emails, but he always replies... and gave me a refund on my first festoon for the trunk when I shipped it back.

I will be buying more HiLEDs products in the future.

Hello Yaris owners this is Bob of Hileds. I don't spend much time online to see what being said out there but when I received this thread of complaint it upsets me as well. I spend most of my time doing the R & D. I don't know how all this started as I don't get all the emails as most of them are forwarded to Robert. Now trying to clear things up here, the reason why we are selling to folks online is for people to evaluate our products as our goal is to make the finest product for its application, yes we are new as an LED company but experience in the auto lighting business we have been doing this over a decade and a half before aftermarket lighting became popular. As the R & D person I made LED prototype bulbs almost 10 years ago and this was before any manufacturer knew about them. It was a thought that eventually settled down after my idea was stolen from a distributor oversea so since then we've seen so many led products come out and after realizing how poorly most of them we're made we've decided to get back to the idea but to make them better and properly of course.

Oh by the way it is me who don't make the paragraph breaks, not Robert so sorry about if it looks to cluttered up. I type really fast as I think so it gets crazy when I type. I really don't like seeing flame threads and it's my belief to pursue things the right way. I don't want to repeat about our products but understand if there is something you may not like just email me personally and you will be treated fairly but please don't post flame threads anymore and I will tell Robert the same.

We truly will support those who support us and that is my word. Help us grow and you will see more good things to come. From time to time we will send out free samples for our supporters to evaluate. Our belief is in the individualtiy of what we do so if some things were bad, let's leave those behind and start doing things right.

Anyway I know some of you may see our prices are not cheap and I know how some of you feel about this but the raw materials coming from our sources are simply not cheap! we've tried to get the prices down but our sources are not budging, what can we do about this? go to another source for cheaper parts? that is not is not a choice we believe in. As some of you know we are living in a world that's degrading in quality of products, we are seeing less quality in components esp. in electronics and you can ask any electronic technitian. It's sad but true. I won't go further on that topic.

We do appreciate those who've made purchases from us and made good comments to support us. Of course there will be those who may criticize our products as well but that's to be expected but that goes with every product out there. Our goal is to make the best LED products and it just doesn't stop there, our products just get better and better as time goes on and it's our job to search and compare and with your support as well you will help us achieve that goal and we will be there for you as well and that's our promise. Let's make a Bright future!

OK I got the chance to see what things are arising from these companies out there. I will let it be known that some of these new leds you are seeing from these sites are from my prototypes, YES my designs, taken from my prototypes including the5 smd T-10. Even the high power turn signal was my design idea but was changed slightly. I have discussed this months before the availability of this type. Still our original design if we pursue the project is far better. The ones you see on the autolumination site comes from a factory in China and the company is Chi Ming Electronics corp. I wasn't supposed to reveal this but that company broke a promise to me to not steal my inventions on the designs and now you know. Yes you can buy all the bulbs you see for less than half price but you would have to buy quantity but don't expect the quality we expect from them because it won't be there for reasons of cost of production.

There is a simple law, buy cheap get cheap. You get what you pay for but hey there are consumers out there that's fine with that and the whole world is turning that way unfortunately but some of us will not settle for less so you can ask yourself that question too. For example Bose is doing well and it's made for the masses but do you see them used in most hi fi theatre setups, no way for obvious reasons. We could easily do that but you already should know why we don't. I have visited them early this year in January to learn about their company and I come to find out they copy led designs and worst of all are not honest to work with. Lot's of inconsistancies even on their displays but whatever. I've visited many factories all over Asia so I know all the big ones. It's too bad there are companies out there that do things the wrong way and that is where we take a stand. We no longer will share ideas with people oversea and will be designing and assembling all pieces here in the U.S. All our products you see in our product line is all original. Keep an eye on our future products as you will see it here first.

get a screw driver, get out your repair manual, if you don't have one yet search for one, shows you how to change every bulb in the car
